(Onsite Tuesday to Thursday, Remote Monday and Friday) What’s the Job? Manage and contact bulk customers to validate order accuracy at the TMS level. Document all customer interactions according to call script guidelines. Perform data updates in TMS and communicate changes to customer service. Work closely with the bulk control tower team to ensure order integrity. Analyze data to identify areas for cost and service improvement opportunities. What’s Needed? Experience working in a Transportation Management System. Ability to work independently and drive productivity daily. Strong decision-making skills supported by data analysis.
