Payrate:

$21.27 – $21.27/hr.

Role Purpose:

Responsible formanaging and contacting bulk customers to validate the accuracy ofthe order on file at the TMS level prior to carrier tender. S/Tlocation, contact information, bulk product and quantity to bedelivered. Meter or scale unload etc. just to name a few of theorder validation steps Accountabilities. Document all customercontacts according to the call script guidelines. Manage andperform all data updates in TMS followed with email updates tocustomer service. Work independently with or without directsupervision. Maintain order integrity by verifying all orderinformation. Must be comfortable and courteous on the telephone.

Work closely with the bulk control tower team and take directions
