The Team:

The Traffic and Purchasing team are responsible for coordinating the movement of orders within the organization, ensuring efficient processes and timely delivery. This includes adapting to changes, optimizing workflows, and providing exceptional customer service. The Opportunity:

In your role as Traffic & Invoice Coordinator, you will coordinate domestic transportation to ensure efficient, timely, and compliant transportation while adhering to established protocols and guidelines to optimize logistics operations and maintain safety standards.

You will support the Director of Traffic & Purchasing and Manager of Purchasing through invoice processing and maintain workflow through invoice coding and maintaining files for the Distribution & Service Center. This position requires an organized individual who can multitask with an additional focus placed on the follow up and reconciliation of invoices.

In addition to supporting our domestic boutiques, your role will include supporting the Traffic Coordinator in maintaining non-product inventory to support the Distribution & Service Center processes. This position requires an organized individual who can multitask with a focus on organization and record keeping.

This position is based onsite in our Dayton, NJ Distribution & Service Center. About the

Role:

Traffic Coordination Partner with Dayton Distribution Services team and management to coordinate dedicated trucks in accordance with security protocols and guidelines Update and monitor GPS tracking for shipments to ensure deliveries are made within requested timelines Support HOP in the coordination of domestic transportation Traffic Invoicing Support Traffic Team through coding/processing invoices Follow up with vendors on a weekly basis on shipments that have not been billed to ensure compliance to financial deadlines Maintain / update log of shipments to ensure the shipments are matched to invoices Reconciliation of Non-Product for Projects Support Traffic team in the process of receiving shipments within the Dayton Service Center to ensure accurate reconciliation of inventory and support Partner with Traffic Team management to ensure non-product material for projects is labeled Ensure inventory of non-product material to be used for projects is maintained Partner with Traffic Team management to coordinate the transportation / handling / delivery of materials for projects Communicate issues effectively with the Traffic Senior Manager and Assistant Project Manager Support Dayton Traffic Team with office tasks as necessary which may include (but is not limited to) creating signs, maintaining filing systems, etc. All other duties as assigned by their immediate manager or departmental director

1-2 years of experience, including hands-on internship, in similar role and/or department Bachelor’s Degree preferred Excellent communication skills and strong organizational skills Solid understanding of budgeting and ability to exercise appropriate judgement High level of attention to detail Proven excellence at meeting long and short-term deadlines Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office & PowerPoint Strong written, verbal and presentation skills Ability to work independently to develop a method to achieving goals with little supervision: ability to work under pressure. Strong computer skills. This position requires a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including extended holiday hours during designated periods throughout the year Position requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. The range for this position is $26.77 – $29.92 per hour. Actual rates are determined on the job, location, and individual experience.
