$45.9K – $58.8K a year 4 hours ago Qualifications High school diploma or GED 1 year Entry level Full Job Description As a Traffic Specialist, you are responsible for reviewing and auditing various documents and reports for Traffic and/or Weight & Inspection (W&I). Provide support to the Rate Auditors by working large amounts of audits and review. Perform a daily publication audit by reviewing pricing loaded into the system for accuracy. Perform a daily scan audit by reviewing predetermined shipments for rating and billing accuracy. Process weekly in bond shipments to clear correctly for customs. Provide support to Account Managers, Auditors, and Customer Service Associates by reviewing a large number of corrections issued by Service Center W&I associates for accuracy, and providing supporting documentation as needed. Review a large number of W&I correction disputes submitted by internal and external customers on a daily basis. Provide daily support to Account Managers by providing data needed to explain/discuss W&I issues with customers. Communicate with the National Motor Freight Traffic Association on a regular basis to obtain proper classification of various commodities Perform daily W&I disputes by reviewing and deciding on W&I Changes. For this role, you will need to have a High School Diploma or GED, at least 1 year of rate quote entry experience, as well as at least 1 year of general traffic experience. Work Shift First Shift
