The team focus on advising private equity funds and strategic buyers on the structuring and placement of representations and warranties insurance

• the product protects buyer and seller interest within the event of an M&A transaction. The business operates within the premium space (£50m
• £15bn) advising on complex and multi-jurisdictional deals.

We are looking to talk to individuals with exposure to the insurance market, big law or big 4 within a transactional / M&A driven role.
