We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior VicePresident, Agile Coach to join our Agile Delivery Practice team.

This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA and Lake Mary, FL – HYBRID.In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: Helpsteams across lines of business adopt and improve Agile methods andpractices to solve complex business improvement problems. Operatesat an enterprise level and help solve systematic problems in astructured manner. Helps people rethink and change the way they goabout development. act as servant leaders to the team, to supportand evangelize best practices for agile and ways of working.

Possesses experience and expertise acquired by supporting abusiness line with expertise in cross functional team leadership.

Proposes and facilitates implementation of long-term strategyroadmap across the entire line of business before the pilotproject. Serves in a mentoring or coaching role only and is notpart of the scrum team by providing objective guidance, withoutpersonal or political considerations. Designs, proposes andfacilitates implementation of long-term strategy across the entireorganization before the pilot project. To be successful in thisrole, we’re seeking the following: Bachelors degree in business ortechnical-related discipline, or equivalent work experiencerequired; advanced degree preferred. 10-12 years of experience inproviding consulting advice to senior IT and business managementrequired; experience in the securities or financial servicesindustry is a plus. Strong knowledge of Lean-Agile principles,practices, frameworks, and methods. Understands companyorganizational model, company structure, and Agile journey history.
