Job Description
Genesis10 is currently seeking a Solution Train Engineer with our client in the financial industry located in Charlotte, NC. This is a 12 + month contract position.

Responsibilities:

Optimize flow of epics/features and value delivered by aplex/larger Agile Release Train (aka: Solution Train)
Facilitate Solution Train ceremonies, manage dependencies, report the health of epic/feature delivery and overall program increment, and promote agile principles/mindset through coaching
Ensure impediments to delivery are resolved quickly, protect the Trains from disruptions, and drive continuous improvement

Requirements:

Working knowledge of Lean Agile SDLC processes and deliverables
Working knowledge Application Lifecycle Management
Experience in education at all levels of management within the agile framework (portfolio, program, team)
Excellent analysis and troubleshooting skills
Process and detailed oriented
Willingness to be accountable for meeting all deliverable dates for task assignments.
Able to foster strong collaboration among team members and help team solve problems
Self-motivation, self-direction, organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in aplex fast paced environment without sacrificing quality or timelines
