on site in uptown Charlotte 3 days a week w2 only Description 1. Recent RTE Experience with good tenure – Financial Services is a plus but not a must have 2. Manager prefers a candidate that comes from more of a technical background (QA Testing, Software Engineering or Dev). 3. Ability to manage multiple trains simultaneously. Communication skills are key – having experience working closely with Testing & development teams to provide solution. 4. RTE SAFe Certification This is not a role where a Sr. Scrum is looking to make the jump to RTE. This candidate must have held the RTE title in their more recent roles. Not so much Agile Coach or SM.
