We are looking for a strategicand driven Sr. Manager to lead our Data Sciences & Analytics teamwithin the Business Operations organization. This pivotal roledemands a candidate with a strong manufacturing and operationsbackground, outstanding communication skills, and proven experiencemanaging cross-functional technical teams.

Responsibilities Include but notlimited to:

Strategy Development:

Develop and coordinate the organization’sdata analytics roadmap to align with business and operationalgoals.

Team Leadership:

Leading, mentoring, and managing a diverseteam of Data Analysts, encouraging a collaborative, innovative, andhigh-performing team culture. Spearhead initiatives that integrate advanced analytics intoour business processes, encouraging a culture centered arounddata.

Metrics Management:

Build a high-performing team and analyticsplatform that captures and reports on critical business performancemetrics, including production rates, production costs, quality,scheduling, and workforce efficiency.

Advanced Analytics:

Drive strategic decisions through in-depthdata exploration and analysis. Lead initiatives around advancedanalytics, including machine learning, AI, and statisticalmodeling.

Dashboards and Reporting:

Develop dashboards and automatedreporting to monitor trends and results.

Collaborator Communication:

Share findings and results withexecutive leadership in a clear and actionable way. Present anddefend metrics to executive leadership.

Problem-Solving:

Possess outstanding problem-solving skills toassess and navigate complex data problems with creativity andanalytical rigor.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in data science, Computer Science,Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field. 8+ years of professional experience in data science, analytics,or a related field. 3+ years of experience in manufacturing, operations, and/orsupply chain analytics. 3+ years of experience managing data science, analytics, orcross-functional technical teams. Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages (e.g., Python,SQL). Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau,PowerBI). Familiarity with big data platforms and cloudtechnologies. Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams in a dynamicenvironment. Strong project management and prioritization abilities. Strong communication skills, with the ability to explaincomplex data concepts to technical and non-technicalcollaborators. Demonstrated capability to lead cross-functional projects andwork closely with various collaborators. Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident(current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. asa refugee or granted asylum. Ability to earn trust, maintain positive and professionalrelationships, and contribute to a culture of inclusion
