Job Summary/Objective:

The principal objective of this role is to support NA Supply Chain technology systems and drive business process optimization, ensuring continuous improvement and compliance. This includes supporting application initiatives, core business projects and cost saving drivers. In addition, the role will consist of maintaining data governance, delivering insightful analysis and reporting, and providing system functionality support. The role requires frequent cross-functional collaboration to conduct root cause analysis and resolve operational and technical defects.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Process Analysis and Optimization:

Create process & policy documentation in accordance with global guidelines and local strategic objectives.
Identify and analyze bottlenecks, and identify areas for improvement through data analysis and process mapping.
Perform process reviews to identify and help implement continuous improvement exercises.
Audit and compliance: Ensure corporate audit & compliance for standard and exception execution and approvals.

System Implementation and Maintenance:

Oversight of Supply Chain SAP systems, including troubleshooting failures, maintenance and deployment.
Identify and resolve system issues impacting workflow and data integrity.
Translate business requirements to technical documents for evaluation, approval and implementation by the Global Governance Board.
Data Management o Collect, cleanse, and analyze data to generate actionable insights for decision-making.
Perform Master Data maintenance and governance of master data elements.
Collaborate with data owners to evaluate material master data for integrity and accuracy.
Create and revise master data policies, procedures, process maps, and other documentation to support and improve business results.
Ensure data quality, consistency and synchronization across multiple system environments.
Act as resource and SME to the business with respect to master data process.

Reporting and Analytics:

Gain solid understanding of reporting capabilities and ensure this knowledge is effectively communicated and shared throughout the supply chain.
Compile and provide key inventory status reporting to cross functional partners.
Ad-hoc reporting.

Proficiency in supply chain management, SAP and Microsoft Office suite.
Excellent interpersonal skills o Expertise in data analysis and reporting tools.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Demonstrated leadership skills.
Ability to build effective working relationships across functional areas

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) or Equivalent Work Experience in supply chain consumer products or related industry preferred.
Particularly strong in data gathering and analytics using Excel, Power BI, SAP, and other similar tools.  Project management experience a plus.
Six Sigma certification a plus.

The salary for this role is $104,000.00 – $124,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
