This role is pivotal in transforming complex data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, exceptional problem-solving skills, and a passion for leveraging data to enhance business performance. Duties Develop and implement analytics strategies that align with business objectives and enhance decision-making processes. Utilize advanced analytical tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Python to create comprehensive reports and dashboards. Conduct in-depth analysis using statistical software like SPSS, SAS, and Adobe Analytics to derive meaningful insights from data. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop metrics for tracking progress. Support business development initiatives by providing data-driven insights that inform strategic planning and market positioning. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Present findings and recommendations to senior management in a clear and compelling manner. Experience Proven experience in analytics or data management roles, with a strong focus on business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python for data analysis is highly desirable. Familiarity with statistical analysis software (SPSS, SAS) and web analytics tools (Adobe Analytics). Experience in strategic planning and business development processes is a plus. Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex information to non-technical stakeholders. A degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field is preferred.
