This role reports to the Senior Director of People Analytics in the People Insights, Culture & Strategy in the center of excellence. In this role you will be responsible for leading research projects and executing on our analytics strategy. You will apply your strong consulting and relationship-management skills in working with a variety of stakeholders, leveraging your business acumen, insights from external and internal trends and benchmarks, and skillful storytelling to support a variety of business needs. You will also be expected to conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses, ensuring well-designed research that aligns with business needs and best practices.

Us:
Support Stakeholders and Cross-Functional Teams Draw insights from metrics/data and communicate through a client-centric lens, including identifying recommendations based on data. Lead cross-functional project teams as needed in support of delivering end-to-end people analytics projects. Maintain partnerships and alignment with other teams/CoEs on various strategic efforts (e.g., data governance). Support other team members in their growth and development.
Deliver Strategic Research and Insights:
Deliver end-to-end people analytics projects, conducting advanced statistical analyses to answer strategic questions in the areas of talent development, employee engagement, performance management, assessments, etc. Support the delivery of critical routine reporting to key stakeholders throughout the year. Proactively identify opportunities that can drive greater organizational impact through insights, informed by conversations with key stakeholders and CoEs. Build compelling deliverables to capture stakeholder attention and turn insights into action. How you will accomplish the above: Collaborate with others in the People Analytics team to deliver data-informed insights to key partners, HR leaders, and/or other strategic decision-makers. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, including HR business partners, other HR CoEs, Platform Services, Legal, and Global Privacy. Identify and articulate business and client needs, looking beyond the face value of initial requests Proactively identify opportunities that can drive greater organizational impact through data-informed insights. In partnership with our Enablement lead, support the creation of documentation and change management plans to facilitate stakeholder adoption of new tools, reports, and policies.
Educational Requirements:
BA/BS degree required, MA/MS/PhD preferred, in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Labor Economics, Mathematics, or other related field with a focus on statistical analysis and research.
Skills and Work Experience:
Strong consulting and communication skills, particularly in managing stakeholder expectations and interpreting their needs. Direct experience performing statistical analysis/conducting applied research in a workplace setting using people data (e.g., Organizational Effectiveness, HR Metrics/Analytics, Talent Analytics, Market Research, Employee Listening). Strong storytelling skills and experience translating complex data into actionable insights. Intermediate abilities in statistical techniques (e.g., correlation, regression, ANOVA), research design, psychometrics. Proficiency with analytic tools (e.g., RStudio, SPSS, Python); familiarity with HR systems and other tools (e.g., Workday, Power BI). What We Can Do for
