RESPONSIBILITIES
Drive business growth for new product initiative
Extract and analyze data to build predictive and analytical models
Manage project portfolios and oversee end-to-end project execution
Develop and refine bid strategies while optimizing digital ad placements
Improve campaign performance to increase revenue across digital channels
Prioritize tasks and provide clear, concise project summaries
Create dashboards from time to time to visualize key metrics

REQUIRED SKILLS
5+ years of experience in Data Science role – ML, Random Forests, Neural Networks, LSTM, Forecasting and Data modeling
Strong experience in data analytics, driving insights and strategic decision-making
Experience in auction-based pricing strategies for online advertising platforms
1+ years of team leadership experience, including hiring, mentoring, performance management, and organizational development
Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, & data visualization (Tableau)
Proven success in enterprise-level environments across eCommerce, advertising/marketing, and digital analytics domains
Skilled in applying statistical methods to uncover actionable insights and address complex business challenges
Adept at designing clear, compelling presentations for stakeholders
Strong communicator with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
Master’s degree in a related discipline
Must be authorized to work in the U.S./Sponsorships are not available
