Manager, Business Data Analytics Position Available In Fulton, Georgia

Job duties:

This role will require this individual to manage a team of analysts and decision scientists. They will be a hands-on manager, coaching their team to be a thought partner to Marketing teams at Mailchimp, and help them grow technically within Analytics and Data Science while coaching them to think strategically about the business. They will understand business needs and translate them for their team so that they can develop the right tooling and inference to answer key questions. They will perform data analyses using structured and / or unstructured data and conduct segmentation analytics and developing targeting tools for each phase of a customer life cycle. They will develop experimental test designs, analyzing campaign performance tracking, and synthesizing current business intelligence to build business recommendations.

May have direct reports. Travel to various, unanticipated sites throughout the U.S. May telecommute from home.

Employer will accept a Masters degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or related field and 4 years of experience in the job offered or in a Business Data Analytics-related occupation.

Expected base pay range: $177,000-$239,000.Travel to various, unanticipated sites throughout the U.S. May telecommute from home.
