Job Overview We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented? Manager, Field Reporting ?to lead the development, delivery, and optimization of reporting solutions for all field-based teams, including Sales, Medical Affairs, and Account Management. This individual contributor role is critical in enabling data-driven decision-making across the commercial organization and ensuring timely, accurate, and actionable insights. Job Duties and Responsibilities Lead collaboration with external vendors to design, implement, and maintain scalable reporting platforms. Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Market Access, Commercial Analytics, CRM and Data Strategy to align reporting solutions with business goals and user needs. Identify and execute opportunities to streamline, standardize, and automate reporting processes. Develop and deliver training materials and presentations to ensure effective adoption of reporting tools. Gather feedback from leaders and field teams to incorporate into further reporting improvements. Implement QC processes to monitor and ensure the accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of all field reporting deliverables. High attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Proficiency in data visualization and business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Qlik, Power BI). Solid understanding of pharmaceutical commercial data (e.g., sales, demand, claims, CRM).
