  • Sr. Manager, Commercial Analytics and Insights – North America
  • will be the driving force behind data-driven decision-making for our commercial organization.

In this role, you will shape analytics strategy and translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that fuel growth across Sales, Service, and Marketing in North America. You’ll work side by side with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure analytics efforts are tightly aligned with business goals, directly influencing our success in the region.   • Inspire and lead a talented team of Business Analysts,

  • The essential requirements of the job include:
  • + Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or another quantitative discipline (Math, Engineering, Business/Finance, etc.

). + 7+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or a related field, with strong analytical skills and a proven ability to turn data into actionable insights. + 1-3 years of experience in a leadership role with direct people management.   • :•The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting.

We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. The compensation range for this role is $140,000 – $175,000 USD per year. This job is also eligible for Incentive Pay. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
