Position Overview BGB Group isseeking an Analytics Director to lead data-driven decision-making,optimize marketing performance, and drive strategic insights acrossdigital, omnichannel, and media initiatives. This role isresponsible for overseeing analytics strategy, campaignmeasurement, and predictive modeling to enhance engagement, ROI,and business impact for healthcare and pharmaceutical clients. TheAnalytics Director will collaborate with cross-functionalteams—including strategy, technology, content, and media—to developdata frameworks, analyze key performance metrics, and refinemarketing strategies based on actionable insights. This rolerequires a balance of technical expertise, leadership skills, and adeep understanding of healthcare and pharma analytics. KeyResponsibilities Analytics Strategy & Execution Define andimplement a comprehensive analytics strategy that aligns withclient objectives and BGB’s business goals. Lead the development ofmeasurement frameworks, KPI tracking systems, and reportingstructures for marketing campaigns. Oversee the execution ofpredictive modeling, segmentation analysis, and propensity modelingto forecast behaviors and optimize engagement. Establish datagovernance, validation processes, and compliance standards forhealthcare and pharmaceutical marketing analytics. MarketingPerformance Measurement & Optimization Analyze marketingperformance across digital, paid media, CRM, and omnichannelcampaigns. Develop dashboard visualizations and reports tocommunicate key insights to internal stakeholders and clients.
Conduct A/B testing, attribution modeling, and media mix analysisto refine marketing investments. Monitor and optimize leadgeneration, conversion rates, and customer retention strategies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Leadership Act as a trustedadvisor to internal teams and clients, translating data insightsinto strategic recommendations. Collaborate with marketing, media,content, and product teams to ensure data-driven decision-making.
Lead a team of data analysts and marketing scientists, fostering aculture of innovation and continuous learning. Work closely withtechnology teams to enhance data infrastructure, automation, andAI-driven analytics capabilities. Innovation & EmergingTechnologies Stay ahead of emerging analytics trends, AIapplications, and advanced statistical methodologies. Identifyopportunities to integrate AI-driven insights, automation, andmachine learning models into marketing strategies. Develop andrefine best practices for data storytelling, visualization, andexecutive reporting. Qualifications & Skills Experience 7 years ofexperience in analytics, data science, or marketing analytics, witha focus on healthcare, pharma, or life sciences. Proven leadershipexperience in developing and executing analytics strategies. Strongbackground in predictive modeling, machine learning, and marketingperformance measurement. Technical & Functional Skills Expertise inSQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI, or other data analytics tools.
Expertise in analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Looker Studio).Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g.,Marketo, Salesforce, HubSpot) and CRM integrations. Strongunderstanding of digital analytics, media performance metrics, anddata attribution models. Experience with claims data, patient-leveldata, and promotional effectiveness modeling is a plus. Soft Skills& Leadership Strong problem-solving and strategic thinkingabilities. Excellent communication and presentation skills toconvey insights to non-technical stakeholders. Ability to managemultiple projects, meet deadlines, and drive process improvements.
Leadership experience in mentoring and developing data teams.
Salary range: $130,000-$170,000 The salary range provided is forthe Kanas City-hybrid position, which requires occasional in-officepresence, and represents what a potential hire may expect to earnin this role at BGB. For candidates in other locations, salary willbe adjusted to reflect local market rates. Actual salary decisionswill be influenced by several factors that we use to determineoverall fit, including experience (both direct and indirect),education, training, demonstrated qualifications, andorganizational need.
