Make a difference. We are seeking a VP Artificial Intelligence to lead the Company’s efforts to drive value through Artificial Intelligence (AI) and intelligent automation initiatives.
In this role you will:
Oversee the development and delivery of AI and automation solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and driving measurable value. Guide strategy, manage execution, and inspire team and cross-functional stakeholders to deploy intelligent automation and AI solutions that enhance operational efficiencies, drive revenue, and unlock new business potential. Develop and execute the Company’s AI and intelligent automation strategy, aligning initiatives with business goals to drive measurable value and operational improvements. Lead a cross-functional team in designing and implementing AI solutions, focusing on business outcomes. Drive the adoption of AI and automation across departments, providing leadership, training, and support to foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Provide leadership, guidance, and mentoring to team, setting clear goals and ensuring the successful delivery of AI and automation initiatives. Stay up to date with industry trends in AI and automation, sharing insights with executive leadership to foster a forward-looking approach. Serve as a leader and liaison between technical and business-focused executives, enabling smooth communication and alignment of priorities and expectations. Develop and enforce AI and Intelligent Automation governance policies to ensure the secure, ethical, and appropriate use of the technologies, aligned with organizational values and regulatory standards. What you bring to the table: 10+ years’ experience: progressive experience in AI, machine learning, advanced analytics, automation, or a related field with a demonstrated track record of leading cross-functional business and technical teams.
Four-year degree:
MS in Business Analytics or Data Science, or other certifications blending business and data science. Ability to travel as required.
