Your Impact The primary purpose of this role is to deliver insights on datathat inform decisions by developing and implementing a businessintelligence and analytics strategy for Human Resources. Theincumbent will establish a roadmap which includes businessintelligence, data warehousing and data visualization standards forHuman Resources. This role will lead the efforts to improvevisibility and efficiencies for HR through centralized businessanalysis and reporting, ultimately influencing HR leaders to makeevidence-based decisions that change behavior and drive businessresults. Additionally, through strategic and tactical leadership ofthe multiple location-based team, this leader is responsible forutilizing people related data to uncover opportunities and informcritical business decisions that impact short and long-termstrategies. The collective team generates insights, analyzes dataand creates reports related to the organization’s workforce andstrategic initiatives. This director role will frequently provideconsultation to HR leaders and other internal business partners,and ensures that deliverables meet or exceed individual objectives,adhere to HR Business service center goals, and align with servicecenter strategies.

Key Responsibilities
- Become a trusted analyticalleader and partner to HR leaders and proactively identifyimprovement opportunities through analytics
- Leads multi-location team to ensure that insights and analyticwork is completed timely with simple solutions and with attentionto quality standards, priorities and overall goals.
- Oversight of team output to ensure simple solutions areprovided to internal customers as it relates to communicating datainsights.
- Acts as a mentor to direct reports and supports theprofessional development of all team members to foster a supportiveand collaborative culture.
- Ensures all company, national, local, and other applicablecompliance requirements are met.
- Creates standard procedures and integrates practices andprocesses into day-to-day operations management.
- Partners with HR Business Partners, HR Service Center, Legal,and other COEs, as necessary, to ensure that reporting solutionsand insights, analytical tools and dashboards deliver actionableand accurate data to end users.
- Leads the development, reporting, and review of metrics todrive performance, identify trends, and develop/implement processimprovements.
- Establishes productivity and performance standards to ensurelevels are achieved, especially during critical activityperiods
- Defines Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that will provideinsight into issues and trends that impact operationaleffectiveness
- Partner with enterprise data and analytic services to leverageavailable tools to support HR data and analytics.
- Built and/or maintain a data architecture that supports anddrives above responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
- 8 years’ progressive experience in predictive modeling, largedata reporting analysis, supporting HRIS or related systems
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics Economics, Analytics,Mathematics or related field
- Experience communicating the results of analysis with productand leadership teams to influence the strategy of the product
- Experience leading and mentoring a tea and helping tofoster/create a “great place to work”.
- Experience successfully managing multiple priorities & projectsthrough successful delivery & implementation under time, budget,and political pressurePreferred Skills/Experience
