Key Responsibilities:

Lead cross-functional analytics projects to uncover business opportunities and optimize operations. Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reporting systems to support decision-making. Design and implement technical processes that enhance data collection and analysis. Oversee the development and delivery of insightful reports for leadership and stakeholders. Ensure data accuracy and consistency by implementing best practices. Utilize SQL and other tools to perform complex queries and data extractions. Apply statistical techniques and hypothesis testing to solve business challenges. Provide mentorship and professional development for team members. Implement report automation to improve efficiency and scalability. Collaborate with business units to identify opportunities for process improvements and increased productivity. Conduct market research and data analysis to support business expansion. Build strategic relationships across departments to drive data-informed decision-making . Assist senior leadership with in-depth data insights and recommendations.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Systems, Finance, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field .

Technical Expertise:

Proficiency in SQL, PowerQuery, PowerPivot, and Tableau (or other BI tools).

Business Intelligence:

Hands-on experience with big data, predictive modeling, and interactive visualization software .

Problem-Solving:

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to develop data-supported business strategies .

Data Management:

Knowledge of database structures, query languages, and data integrity best practices .

Communication:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present data-driven insights to stakeholders.
