HOW YOU CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE
Provide leadership to a team responsible for the reporting and analysis of various data. Analyze data sources for accuracy and performance. Leverage GIS tools to improve data quality. Generate timely and valuable analytical results through regular communication with management. Guide operational improvement plans by capturing, developing and documenting data definitions, business rules and data quality requirements. Manage data integration from multiple sources to produce forecasts, ad hoc requests and dashboards. Identify and define data quality improvements to develop new strategies and improve business performance. Conduct quality data audits and analyses to ensure compliance with deliverable reporting requirements. Use mathematical modeling and other optimization methods to perform quantitative and qualitative analysis.

Spectrum Business Required Qualifications Experience:
Two or more years of management experience; Five or more years of data analysis and reporting experience.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business or a related field. Technical skills : Expert in SQL; Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Skills:
Prioritization, organizational, presentation and English communication skills.
Abilities:
Deadline-driven with the ability to analyze and interpret data for multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiar with AWS Redshift, Alteryx or Python Spectrum Business
