Sr Senior Analytics lead (REMOTE) Job summary: Sr Senior Analytics lead will have 10 to 14 years of experience and expertise in Tealium, Google Tag Manager, Adobe Analytics, and Google Analytics. This role focuses on designing and implementing analytics solutions.

Responsibilities Design and Implementation:

Lead the design and implementation of analytics solutions using Tealium, Google Tag Manager, Adobe Analytics, and Google Analytics.

Integration:

Oversee the integration of various analytics tools to ensure seamless data collection and reporting.

Technical Guidance:

Provide technical guidance and support to the development team in implementing analytics solutions.

Collaboration:

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Documentation:

Develop and maintain documentation for analytics solutions, including data flows, architecture diagrams, and technical specifications.

Data Accuracy:

Ensure data accuracy and integrity by implementing robust data validation and quality assurance processes.

Data Analysis:

Monitor and analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can drive business decisions.

Performance Optimization:

Optimize the performance of analytics solutions to ensure they meet business needs and performance standards.

Industry Trends:

Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in analytics and data management.

Reviews and Audits:

Conduct regular reviews and audits of analytics solutions to ensure they are aligned with business goals and objectives.

Training and Support:

Provide training and support to end-users to help them effectively use analytics tools and solutions.

Security and Compliance:

Work closely with the IT team to ensure the security and compliance of analytics solutions.

Continuous Improvement:

Adobe Analytics Certification This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about analytics and data management, and who is eager to contribute to the success of the team by leveraging their expertise in these areas. Salary and Other Compensation Applications will be accepted until May/5/2025. The annual salary for this position is between $81,848 – $130,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
