Job Responsibilities:

Thisjob is responsible for overseeing a testing portfolio and allaspects of the testing life cycle. Key responsibilities includemanaging test development, test execution, and resultsaggregation/dissemination. Job expectations include collaboratingwith front line unit and control function process owners tounderstand processes, identify risks to successful execution, andprioritize/plan for the development of methodologies to evaluatethe effectiveness of processes and controls, and adherence toapplicable laws/rules/regulations, policies, andprocedures.

Responsibilities:

Builds relationships and effectively influences keystakeholders. Detects and remediates organizational and process weaknessesand deficiencies. Maintains ownership and accountability for delivering qualitywork and completes work in a time-sensitive and efficientmanner. Cultivates talent, recruits, trains, and retains diverseteams. Applies quantitative methods such as modeling, data analytics,machine learning, and statistics to develop businesssolutions. Applies knowledge of financial services industry and relatedregulations.
