TheActivation Analytics team oversees our media-based analyticsprograms and omnichannel campaigns, defining reporting programsthat define key business outcomes, objectives and key performanceindicators (KPIs). The team develops the tracking infrastructureand creates data-informed narratives that can apply to real-worldbusiness opportunities and challenges. The SVP Activation Analyticsrole is accountable for the performance and results of reportingprograms, processes, and outputs, as well as championing new waysto support clients and internal corporate analytics initiativeswith a data-driven focus. The SVP leads a team of Director ofAnalytics and their direct reports who are running the analyticsprograms within each portfolio in addition to data science talent.

This leader, in collaboration with MarTech, Strategy, and AppliedAI peers is responsible for identifying gaps and opportunities tohelp the agency consistently grow and innovate. Duties andResponsibilities Oversee Fingerpaint Marketing reporting andanalytics programs across all portfolios. As Activation Analyticsleadership, work closely with the data engineering team, digitalstrategy team, and cross-office leaders to continue to grow andoptimize Fingerpaint’s data initiatives, analytics programs, andpractices. Lead cross-functional projects using data modeling andanalysis techniques to discover insights that will guide strategicdecisions Examine, interpret, and communicate results and businessimpact of analytical initiatives to key internal stakeholders andclient teams Support omnichannel initiatives and coordinate withleadership and marketing technology on methodology and execution ofcustomer campaigns Oversee team management, reporting objectives,and key performance indicators process to identify trends andevaluate the success of client initiatives and objectives Developand own analysis approach for engagement activities, targetinganalysis, reporting, and ad hoc requests with a focus onomnichannel Develop models and synthesize recommendations on bestpath forward for specific products Oversee projects and provideguidance to project team on research and client-related issues Ownand direct all aspects of client development and direction; ensureclient satisfaction with project deliverables Manage direct reportsand mentor staff outside of direct report responsibility Providesubject matter expertise to internal and external customersRequirements and Experience Minimum of 15 years of analytics andreporting experience, with a background in pharmaceutical anddigital marketing (can be combination of client and agencyexperience) Expertise with Tableau and programming languages likeSQL Familiarity with syndicated data sources (eg, IQVIA, claimsdata, etc) Understanding of and experience using analyticalconcepts and statistical techniques: hypothesis development,designing tests/experiments, analyzing data, drawing conclusions,and developing actionable recommendations Excellent communication,interpersonal, and management skills are required Working knowledgeof data mining principles: predictive analytics, mapping,collecting data from multiple data systems on premises andcloud-based data sources Strong problem-solving, quantitative, andanalytical abilities Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manageworkload and meet project deadlines Must enjoy working in demandingenvironment as a key member of a dynamic, team-based organizationDon’t meet every single requirement?
