Job Description
Associate Director, Analytics NA, GroupM Worldwide, LLC, New York, NY. Drive company’s data driven decision-making process. Drive successful application of advanced and practical analytical capabilities. Quantify the success of executions and deliver insights that enable innovation towards the work done to a large-scale client. Collaborate with clients, understand their unique needs and provide tailored analytics solutions. Work in a global capacity, provide guidance, and mentorship. Integrate analytics into all aspects of campaign planning, execution, and evaluation. Present complex data and analytics findings in a clear and actionable manner to clients and internal teams. Explore robust and cutting edge statistical and machine learning techniques for solving business problems using available data sets or third-party data. Evolve and design new, innovative measurement tools. Manage the process through to delivery and take ownership of global roll out. Deliver best-in-class analytical capabilities, with new methods, techniques, tools, and systems. Recruit, manage and mentor analytical resources. Lead the creation of clear, robust, and thought-provoking analysis reviews and insights. Work with media account teams to help gain client buy-in and run in market experiments. Collaborate with internal and external team for data integrity, reporting, testing, and ad-hoc analysis.40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. $170,373/yr.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Analytics, Computer Engineering, Technology, Information Management, or a related field, and five (5) years of post-baccalaureate, progressive related work experience.
Must have five (5) years of experience with/in:
- Working in a data-based capacity;
- Open-source programming languages, such as Python, SQL and R;
- Direct Response and Brand Awareness campaigns;
- Presenting data in a visually engaging and insightful manner to client stakeholders who are accountable for advertising campaign success; and
- Analyzing collection of data involving a digital campaign.
Must have three (3) years of experience with/in:
- Advanced analytics executing and measuring full funnel and incrementality-focused campaigns, such as MMT (Matched Market Test); and
- Managing large cross-discipline teams including media planning, executing, strategy, and activation.
Telecommuting permitted on a hybrid schedule as determined by the employer.
