Job Description
Director, Analytics (Remote) Valuate Health Consultancy is a leading market access consulting firm helping pharmaceutical and life sciences clients navigate commercialization with data-driven strategies. Our team of market access experts, pharmacists, data scientists, and strategists works across the product lifecycle to drive patient access and deliver actionable insights. We are seeking a Director, Analytics to join our growing team in a part-time, remote capacity. This leadership role will blend client-facing consulting, internal collaboration, and technical oversight to create impactful, data-driven solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in data and analytics within a consulting or healthcare environment, with strong communication skills and the ability to translate complex data into strategic recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary analytics lead on key client engagements, ensuring high-quality deliverables and data-driven strategic insights
- Coordinate closely with internal data engineers, analysts, and market access consultants to translate client needs into analytics solutions
- Guide the development of custom analytics frameworks, dashboards, and models to support product value and access strategy
- Present insights and recommendations directly to clients, synthesizing complex analyses into actionable narratives
- Oversee quality control of data deliverables and align analytics outputs with broader project goals
- Contribute to the evolution of internal analytics capabilities and best practices
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in analytics, data strategy, or consulting within the healthcare or life sciences industry
- Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with healthcare data sources (e.g., MMIT, IQVIA, Symphony, Clarivate) and market access analytics is strongly preferred
- Working knowledge of SQL, R, or Python a plus, but not required

Salaries will vary based on various factors including but not limited to professional and academic experience, training, associated responsibilities, and other business and organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for employees. Salary decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each hire.
