• Will work at various long-term unanticipated worksites throughout the U.S.

• Duties:

• Manage high impact activities within the systems development lifecycle
• Identify project needs such as resources, staff, or finances and recruit, hire, and assign duties to project personnel
• Lead consulting engagements
• Plan and create detailed project activities to meet deadlines
• Monitor project milestones and deliverables
• Provide feedback and submit project deliverables to clients, ensuring adherence to quality standards
• Create project status presentations, communicate proposals, strategies, plans, and outcomes for delivery to customers or project personnel
• Strengthen business agility and viability by developing and updating project plans such as objectives, technologies, schedules, funding, and staffing
• Establish and/or maintain ongoing client relationships with key decision makers in business and IT roles, vendors, or consultants to meet project needs
• Report project status, such as budget, resources, technical issues, or customer satisfaction, to managers
• Identify new business development opportunities as appropriate
• Develop and apply conceptual frameworks and analytical approaches
• Drive process performance improvement, monitor the performance of project team members to provide performance feedback
• Support proposal development and monitor cost management activities, including the preparation and submission of budget estimates, progress reports, or cost tracking reports
• Identify budget issues and negotiate with project stakeholders or suppliers to obtain resources or materials
• Identify and assess complex problems and create solutions that require in-depth evaluation of variable factors to be implemented by the team
• Assist team in pre-sales activities.
