• -AI Incubation and Enablement team is looking for atalented, technical
• hands-on Senior Engineer
• -to drive thedevelopment of innovative AI solutions. This position will befocused on making significant contributions to the team indevelopment practices, operational standards and platform evolutionwhile driving rapid, iterative software development using LargeLanguage Models.
• -The
• -Senior Engineer on the AI Incubation andEnablement team
• -is a hands-on development position.

You will be astrong developer on the team with deep technical knowledge as wellas the ability to help other team members in solving complextechnical issues. You will work closely with architects,technologists, and business partners to align with the team andorganization technology strategies. You will mentor juniorengineers on platform and application solutions and will focus onbuilding strong technology practices on the team.

What you have

Required Skllls:

• Bachelor’s degree or advanced degreesin Computer Science
• -or related field.
• 8+ years of softwaredevelopment experience and 4+ years of experience as a hands-onsenior engineer in startups and large organizations.
• 5+ years ofexperience building complex products from scratch and running themin production.
• 3 + years of experience building applications thatuse AI models to deliver business value.
• 3+ years of experiencebuilding applications and data pipelines that interface with largedatasets.
• 3+ years of experience with containers and cloud-nativeapplications, and the ability to operationalize them in the publiccloud with infrastructure as code.

• Preferred Skills:

• Strong computer science fundamentalsand experience working across different parts of the tech stack
• Focus on quality in everything you do. Continue to raise the barand drive others to deliver high-quality products, with experiencewriting tests at all levels of the test pyramid.
• Strongcommunication skills
• you balance written and verbal communicationto clearly share your perspective with others on the team
• Experience mentoring junior engineers and helping them grow theirtechnical skills through clear feedback and code reviews
• Demonstrated mindset of continuous learning and improvement
• Ability to solve complex problems with ambiguous or incompletedata in highly distributed systems.
• Demonstrated business domainknowledge related to all products you have worked on.
• Curiosityabout new technologies and processes
• you always seek to improveyourself and everyone around you and proactively seek and shareknowledge with others on your team.
• Experience working with LLMsand shipping LLM-powered applications to production is a big plus
• Experience with Python, Java and Angular preferred but notrequired.
