The opportunity

You will work with teams to help our clients develop and realize their ambition to leverage AI at scale and drive better business outcomes in a responsible manner. As a Senior AI Native Engineer, you will be at the forefront of revolutionizing how businesses leverage artificial intelligence. Your role will involve researching, building, and implementing scalable AI systems that learn and make predictions tailored to diverse business environments, whether in the cloud or on-premises. You will enhance data pipelines to ensure data integrity and optimize learning processes, all while collaborating with a talented team of data and analytics professionals.
Your key responsibilities
As a Responsible AI Senior Consultant, you will work as part of a team with the opportunity to lead day-to-day delivery of projects, with a wide variety of clients to define, develop and operationalize their AI strategy, governance and risk management framework, ModelOps architecture and other capabilities adhering to their internal enterprise level policies and procedures and required regulatory compliance and security requirements.
You will be joining a dynamic and interdisciplinary team of scientists, engineers, business and risk professionals who love to tackle the most challenging scalability problems for our clients. We love to think creatively, build applications efficiently, and collaborate in both the ideation of solutions and the pursuit of new opportunities.
In this role, you will contribute significantly to the delivery of innovative AI solutions. You will spend your time on key responsibilities that include:
+ Researching and implementing scalable AI systems that meet business requirements.
+ Enhancing data pipelines and storage for optimal data accuracy and cleanliness.
+ Monitoring and optimizing learning processes to improve high-performance models.
+ This position may have travel requirements as needed to engage with external clients regularly.

To qualify for the role, you must have
+ Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree) degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Informatics, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Data Science, or Machine Learning.
+ Typically, no less than 2
- 4 years relevant experience.
+ 3-6 years of experience in AI risk management, AI Governance, Responsible AI, AI and/or Machine Learning development
+ Extensive experience in AI ethics, responsible AI, or related fields, with a strong understanding of AI technologies and their ethical implications
+ Strong data science and/or data engineering experience
+ Ability to stay updated with industry trends and AI regulatory requirements and quickly adapt to new technologies.
+ Deep understanding of model performance measurement metrics, including specific techniques and platforms used to monitor and manage model performance
+ A solid understanding of Machine Learning (ML) workflows including ingesting, analyzing, transforming data and evaluating results to make meaningful predictions.
+ Proficiency in deep learning techniques.
+ Strong foundation in mathematics, statistics, and operations research.
+ Experience with machine learning algorithms and data architecture design.
+ Familiarity with cloud computing and technical design optimization.
+ Knowledge of natural language processing and image processing techniques.
+ Understanding of continuous integration and deployment methodologies.
+ Experience in scaling models for various applications.
+ Experience designing, implementing or assessing AI Governance Frameworks, AI Risk Management Frameworks and Standards
+ Proficiency in model testing, evaluation, validation and verification techniques
+ Experience developing detailed technical documentation for AI systems
+ Knowledge in prevalent AI specific regulations such as EU AI Act as well as standards and frameworks such as NIST AI RMF and
ISO 42001
+ Strong mathematical and quantitative skills including calculus, linear algebra, and statistics.
Ideally, you’ll also have
+ Master’s degree Computer Science, Mathematics, Physical Sciences, or other quantitative fields.
+ Certifications in relevant areas such as AI ethics, data ethics, Responsible AI and data protection
+ Experience in hybrid collaboration and emotional agility.
+ A track record of driving outcomes through complex problem-solving.
+ Knowledge of sustainability practices in technology.
+ Experience with CI/CD and test-driven development.
+ Experience designing, building, and maintaining ML models, frameworks, and pipelines.
+ A deep understanding of and ability to teach concepts, tools, features, functions, and benefits of different approaches to apply them.
