Requirements:
5+ years software development experiences, 2 years hands on generative AI prompt experiences. IVR knowledge is a plus.
Years of experience required for each skill? Minimum 5 years hands on
Education:
Bachelor’s degree
This role work: Remote
Additional information:
We are on Kore.
AI and Java Spring boot platform. It is difficult to find Kore.
AI resources, but java experiences may help.
We plan to use genAI to handle some IVR questions.
The candidate needs have real hands-on experiences with AI prompt creating for chat bot.
