What you’ll be doing:

Asa Language Specialist on our GenAI team, you will be joining atruly global team of subject matter experts across a wide varietyof disciplines and AI engineers and will be entrusted with a rangeof responsibilities.

This will include:

Creating training data sets for AI models that will helpimprove its accuracy, fluency, coherence and/or voice Annotating data to help AI models align with human values Analyzing and improving the grammar, syntax, and sentencestructure of both expert-generated training data and AImodel-generated text to ensure it adheres to linguistic rules andconventions. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, includingdata scientists, researchers, and software engineers, to refine anditerate on the AI models. Contributing to evolving specifications for AI-model trainingand data recipes. Navigating a dynamic environment and adapting to shiftingguidelines and flexible priorities. Achieve target KPIs, including daily job count, average handletime per job, and specified production hours.
