Duties Partner directly with the COO to identify operational inefficiencies and opportunities for AI integration. Analyze workflows across business segments to identify opportunities for AI-driven optimization. Research, recommend, and implement AI tools and technologies that improve workflows and decision-making. Develop and deliver engaging training sessions to upskill employees on AI applications. Act as a trusted advisor to department heads for targeted AI strategies and use cases. Establish performance metrics and regularly report on the outcomes of AI initiatives. Stay current on AI trends and evaluate emerging technologies for potential future adoption. Qualifications 2-5 years of experience working in AI, data analytics, automation, or related technical fields. Strong working knowledge of AI tools and concepts (e.g., automation, machine learning fundamentals, large language models, data analysis). Proven success applying technology to streamline and improve business operations. Excellent communication skills with the ability to teach and support non-technical users. Highly self-motivated, organized, and adaptable to changing priorities and business needs.
