Machine Learning Engineer (Contract) EST Hours (8 AM – 5 PM) Bring Machine Learning to Life in the Real World We’re hiring a Machine Learning Engineer to join a high-impact ML Operations team at the forefront of applied AI. In this role, you’ll go beyond experimentation-delivering production-ready machine learning models that power real-world applications. If you’re passionate about working at the intersection of engineering, data science, and operations, and you’re ready to help deploy scalable, reliable ML solutions, then this role is for you. You’ll be part of a team supporting a wide range of cutting-edge R D initiatives. From optimizing models for deployment on the cloud and embedded hardware, your work will make a real-world impact. What You’ll Be Doing Design and build scalable machine learning models for production environments Create efficient training pipelines for large datasets (image and text) Optimize model performance across various hardware (CPU, GPU, embedded) Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy ML into real-time cloud and edge systems Define and implement data preprocessing and feature engineering pipelines Work with tools like Databricks, MLflow, Docker, and AWS (SageMaker, EC2, S3) Stay on top of evolving best practices and technologies in ML and MLOps Who We’re Looking For 4+ years of professional experience delivering ML solutions into production Proficiency in Python and Spark (hands-on experience is a must) Experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch Solid grasp of cloud-based ML workflows and tools (AWS, SageMaker, MLflow) Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and working in a Linux environment Strong skills in SQL and a test-driven software development mindset Excellent problem-solving ability and communication skills
