Responsibilities:
Heavily involved in identifying and prioritizing GenAI use cases that align with the organization’s automation and digital transformation goals
Designing and developing to create a functional product in this space while developing and executing POCs (Point of Concept’s) to validate the feasibility and effectiveness of GenAI solutions
They would need to analyze existing workflows, identify pain points, and determine where GenAI could provide the most significant impact
Interacting with various stakeholders in which can vary between very tech heavy and non-technical LOB”s
Selling the capacity to the various LOBs
Monitoring the performance of GenAI solutions and identifying areas for improvement
Continuously optimizing models and algorithms to maximize efficiency and effectiveness
Maintaining strong knowledge/proactively researching and incorporating cutting-edge advancements in Generative AI to ensure the development of innovative and impactful use cases that drive business value
Must Haves:
Experience designing, developing, and deploying GenAI solutions, with a strong emphasis on data science methodologies: as they will be a very hands on person who demonstrate a track record of implementing GenAI solutions that have directly resulted in measurable improvements in efficiency, cost savings, or other key business metrics and they need to be able to show real world examples of how they have provided value (development or fine tuning with LLM’s)
Strong ability to effectively communicate complex GenAI concepts and technical details to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Strong analytical and defining, demonstrating, and problem-solving skills to assess business needs and translate them into GenAI solutions
Experience within agile methodologies
