(Day 1 Onsite)(Full -Time) Who are we looking for? Individuals with 5 years ofexperience implementing and managing data science projects.

Excellent working knowledge of traditional machine learning and LLMtechniques. The candidate must demonstrate the ability to navigateand advise on complex ML ecosystems from a model building andevaluation perspective. Experience in NLP and chatbots domains ispreferred. We acknowledge the job market is blurring the linebetween data roles: while software skills are necessary, theemphasis of this position is on data science skills, not on data-,ML- nor software-engineering.

Responsibilities:

Lead data scienceand machine learning projects, contributing to model development,optimization, and evaluation. Perform data cleaning, featureengineering, and exploratory data analysis. Translate businessrequirements into technical solutions, document and communicateproject progress, manage non-technical stakeholders. Collaboratewith other DS and engineers to deliver projects.

Technical SkillsMust have:

Experience in and understanding of the natural languageprocessing (NLP) and large language model (LLM) landscape.

Proficiency with P ython for data analysis, supervised andunsupervised learning ML tasks. Ability to translate complexmachine learning problem statements into specific deliverables andrequirements. Should have worked with major cloud platforms such asAWS, Azure or GCP. Working knowledge of SQL and no-SQL databases.

Ability to create data and ML pipelines for more efficient andrepeatable data science projects using MLOps principles. Keepabreast with new tools, algorithms and techniques in machinelearning and works to implement them in the organization. Strongunderstanding of evaluation and monitoring metrics for machinelearning projects.

Technical Skills Good to have:

Track record ofgetting ML models into production Experience building chatbots.

Experience with closed and open source LLMs. Experience withframeworks and technologies like scikit-learn, BERT, langchain,autogen Certifications or courses in data science.

Process Skills:

Understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies. Ability to followSDLC processes and contribute to technical documentation.

Behavioural Skills:

Self-motivated and capable of workingindependently with minimal management supervision. Well-developeddesign, analytical and problem-solving skills Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills. Excellent team player, ableto work with virtual teams in several time zones.
