The Machine LearningInfrastructure & Data team is responsible for architecting andbuilding the foundational ML systems and tools that enableefficient development, deployment, and management of machinelearning models at scale. As a Principal ML Infrastructure Engineerin the Machine Learning Infrastructure & Data team, you will play apivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining robust andscalable ML infrastructure components to support the companysmachine learning initiatives. You will collaborate closely withcross-functional teams including machine learning researchers, datascientists, and software engineers to build state-of-the-artplatforms and tools that accelerate the development and deploymentof machine learning models.

Responsibilities:

• Own technicalworkstreams from start to finish, contribute to the team’s productroadmap, and be responsible for major technical decisions andtradeoffs. Effectively participate in team’s planning, codereviews, and design discussions
• Consider the effects of projectsacross multiple teams and proactively manage conflicts. Worktogether with partner teams to achieve cross-departmental goals andsatisfy broad requirements
• Design, implement, and optimizedistributed systems and infrastructure components to supportlarge-scale machine learning workflows, including data ingestion,feature engineering, model training, and serving.
• Develop andmaintain frameworks, libraries, and tools to streamline theend-to-end machine learning lifecycle, from data preparation, modeltraining, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.
• Architect andimplement highly available, fault-tolerant, and secure systems thatmeet the performance and scalability requirements of productionmachine learning workloads.
• Collaborate and publish with machinelearning researchers and data scientists on novel research andtranslate research into scalable and efficient software solutions.
• Stay current with the latest advancements in machine learninginfrastructure, distributed computing, and cloud technologies, andintegrate them into our platform to drive innovation.
• Mentorteammates, conduct code reviews, and uphold engineering bestpractices to ensure the delivery of high-quality softwaresolutions. What it takes to catch our eye:
