Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior GenAI Engineer to join our dynamic team and contribute to building cutting-edge generative AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in AI/ML, specifically in GenAI technologies, as well as experience with cloud-native engineering and big data management. This is a hybrid role, requiring candidates to be in the office 3 days a week in either Dallas or Hermitage.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development and implementation of GenAI technologies, including OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, LangChain, and other generative AI models.
Apply advanced AI/ML techniques, including Prompt Engineering, fine-tuning, and the use of Vector Databasesto build intelligent systems.
Design and develop scalable AI/ML solutions using Python, R, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Julia, and other machine learning frameworks.
Manage and process large datasets in various forms to generate insights and build intelligent solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI-driven applications with cloud-native systems using FaaS/PaaS/microservices on cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, and GCP.
Utilize modern web frameworks and languages such as Angular, React, NodeJS, Streamlit, C#, .NET Core, Golang, SQL/NoSQL to create front-end and back-end solutions.
Follow best practices in software development, utilizing tools and methodologies such as XP, Lean, SAFe, DevSecOps, SRE, ADO, GitHub, and SonarQube to deliver high-quality products in an efficient and timely manner.
Work closely with stakeholders to design and implement AI systems that meet business and technical requirements.
Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously while adapting to changing priorities, and ensure the delivery of results with passion, empathy, and care.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline (Advanced degrees preferred).
8+ years of proven experience in AI/ML, with the last 2 years focused on Generative AI (GenAI) technologies like OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, LangChain, Prompt Engineering, fine-tuning, and Vector Databases.
Strong experience with Python, R, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Julia, ML libraries, NLP, and other AI frameworks.
Expertise in managing big data to generate insights and create intelligence, including working with various data types and formats.
Familiarity with modern programming languages and frameworks including Angular, React, NodeJS, Streamlit, C#, .NET Core, Golang, SQL/NoSQL.
Hands-on experience with cloud-native engineering, using FaaS/PaaS/microservices on cloud hyper-scalers like Azure, AWS, and GCP.
Strong understanding of software development methodologies and tools, including XP, Lean, SAFe, DevSecOps, SRE, ADO, GitHub, and SonarQube.
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to handle diverse situations, complex projects, and shifting priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with large-scale AI-driven applications deployed in production environments.
