Tasks include management and analysis of large-scale biological datasets, developing and implementing computational tools and pipelines, visualizing complex data and synthesizing results into actionable information, contributing to figure generation, result summaries, and manuscript preparation, as well as compiling any other research-related activities deemed necessary by the principal investigators for the success of the research projects. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Strong programming skills in Python and/or R. Solid experience in statistical analysis and data science Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a research environment. Solid problem-solving and analytical skills and excellent attention to detail.

Excellent organizational skills:

ability to multi-task and prioritize work assignments. Ability to maintain confidentiality in all work performed. Required Education and/or Experience Bachelor’s Degree in Bioinformatics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related discipline and 2-3 years of experience. Preferred Qualifications Master’s Degree in Bioinformatics, Computer Science, Data Science, or related discipline.
