Job Description

Support Flexible Services Program for Accountable Care Organization(ACO). Maintain Flexible Services database; Keep close contact withsocial service organizations delivering FlexibleServices; Leveragecomplex data analysis to identify potentially eligible members for theACOs Flexible Services nutrition and housing programs. Follow definedtimelines to meet program requirements and goals and tracks reportingaccording to MassHealth requirements. Update documentation in theelectronic platform used for Flexible Services and the systemselectronic health record; Comply with all data entry, data integrity,and data tracking requirements; Use Tableau for visualizing andanalyzing data to discern eligibility data and equity metrics; Performdata analysis to identify trends, patterns, and disparities amongeligible members; Develop strategies to enhance program efficiency andeffectiveness; Monitor program performance and update dashboards;Identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven solutions toenhance outcomes; Apply advanced statistical and/or predictive modelingtechniques to improve multiple real-time, people-centric (dynamic)systems; Work with data scientists to design experiments and testshypotheses to support quality and/or financial performance improvementinitiatives; Evaluate options to complex problems by using mathematicsand statistical methods; Prepare reports for internal and externalstakeholder groups; Develop processes and tools to monitor and analyzemodel performance and data accuracy; Identify opportunities foroperational improvement.

Requirements:

Bachelors Degree in BusinessAnalytics or related field; 3 years experience as an Data Analyst;experience utilizing advanced statistical techniques and concepts(regression, properties of distribution, statistical tests, and properusage, etc.); experience with statistical and data mining techniques,and experience in developing processes and tools to monitor and analyzemodel performance and data accuracy.
