We are seeking a driven Business Analyst (SAP) with deep functional expertise to support our local client’s SAP Go-Lives across various acquisitions. This role, focused on MM, PP, WM, and EWM, requires a hands-on professional with a strong understanding of manufacturing and supply chain processes, with availability to travel 60% of the time. $120K
- 140K/year, Monday through Friday, with potential for permanent placement.
Position Details:
Annual Salary:
$120,000
- $140,000 ($57.69
- 67.31/hour equivalent)
- Work hours: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM
- 5:00 PM.
Type:
1-year contract with potential for permanent placement.
Location:
Remote (Must live near a major airport due to 60% travel).
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison between technical and functional business SMEs, ensuring standardized SAP implementation.
- Manage day-to-day implementation activities, focusing on business process alignment.
- Log and track issues, providing status updates in the issue tracking system.
- Analyze and document current processes, identify gaps, and define future system requirements.
- Collaborate with business resources to understand needs and ensure technical specifications meet functional requirements.
- Coordinate with the technical team on timelines, providing facilitation and training to business SMEs.
- Conduct user training sessions as needed.
- Support pre-go-live assessments and manage go-live through post-implementation stabilization.
- Provide post go-live hyper care and ongoing SAP business process support to the Segment material managementanization.
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of relevant SAP experience, including 3-5 years in a business functional Materials or Warehouse Management role with at least one full-cycle implementation.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong manufacturing experience with a deep understanding of procurement, planning, inventory management, and warehouse operations.
- Knowledge of SAP modules including IM, WM, EWM, SD, PP, QM, PM, and IBP.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, andmunication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with S/4 HANA, AATP, and FIORI.
- Experience leading full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA and EWM implementations.
- Familiarity with variant structure BOM and special procurement processes (Sub-Contracting, Consignment, Stock Transfers).

Pay Details:
$120,000.00 to $140,000.00 per year
