The SAP Procurement Business Analyst will support SAP efforts for the Space business area, as part of the Enterprise Operations Organization. They will facilitate the development, implementation and sustainment of the SAP system and processes. The employee will work across multiple project teams to optimize supply chain processing, working directly with both our Space functional users and our IT team to translate requirements, resolve errors, and improve processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Translate business requirements into technical solutions, resolving errors and improving processes Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness Work with stakeholders to gather requirements, develop functional specifications, and create test plans and scripts Perform system integration testing and troubleshoot issues Analyze large datasets related to production, capacity, and MRP to inform business decisions Adapt business processes into automated tools and techniques Implement user requirements into the SAP environment through definition, testing, implementation, and training Communicate technical and functional information to stakeholders, facilitating collaboration and issue resolution Participate in agile development practices, including sprint planning, iteration, and retrospectives Support the implementation of SAP S/4HANA, leveraging knowledge of IT agile development practices to drive business value

Basic Qualifications:

US Citizenship is required for this role 5+ years configuration experience in SAP; Experience with SAP S4 Integral knowledge in SAP procurement and supply chain processing Minimum 3+ years supporting full cycle implementation (Gap Analysis, Requirements Gathering, Blueprinting, Development, Testing, Reporting, Go-live and Post Go-live support.) Demonstrated experience in writing functional specifications, creating test plans and test scripts and performing system integration testing. Demonstrated analytic skills in analyzing large production, capacity, MRP related data. Ability to adapt business processes into automated tools and techniques Experience in IT agile development practices, and the implementation of user requirements into the environment via definition, testing, implementation and training – Effective communication and facilitation skills – ability to converse technically and functionally Excellent documentation skills writing Functional Specification and performing Unit tests/Integration tests.

Desired Skills:

In-depth understanding of SAP and P2P procurement processing High-level understanding of all SAP processes, particularly those related to supply chain processing, in order to support procurement related issues Strong understanding of SAP configuration, specifically related to procurement and planning processes

Work Schedules:

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Pay Rate:

The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $109,200 – $189,290. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Pay Rate:

The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington or Washington DC is $95,000 – $167,440. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
