Opportunity:

We are seeking a Business Process Analyst with expertise in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Solutions Architecture to join our IT organization. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of hands-on experience with ERP, along with strong analytical and communication skills to effectively engage and influence key stakeholders. This role will support multiple clients in an advisory capacity while operating out of a primary client location. As a Business Process Analyst, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between business stakeholders and IT by analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and working closely with the technical team on an ERP platform to deploy solutions that enhance operational efficiency. Where you will make an impact Collaborate with university leadership to gather, analyze, and document system requirements. Identify process inefficiencies and recommend system enhancements, workflow enhancements, or automation solutions. Support and coordinate system integrations between enterprise applications, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality. Work closely with system administrators, data analysts, and third-party service providers to monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement changes to ensure functionality with minimal business disruption. Create reports, dashboards, and analytics to support decision-making within the Managed Services organization. Provide end-user training, documentation, and ongoing support for system-related processes. Contribute to project planning and execution, ensuring key milestones are met and reported. Maintain and optimize system configurations, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices. Support multiple universities, ensuring alignment of Standardized Operating Procedures (SOPs) documentation. What you will bring 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2-3 years working directly with both on premises and Saa

platforms. Deep knowledge of Enterprise Resource Management (ERP) processes, including project management, resource management, time tracking, revenue management, and billing. Hands-on experience in higher education systems, solutions, integrations and workflows. Ability to translate business requirements into system functionality and process improvements. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working in a cross-functional environment. Experience with data reporting and analytics, including reports and dashboards.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with integrations between ERP and SIS/Financial systems. Experience with SQL, PowerShell, React, JSON Rest APIs, GraphQL, React.js, Node.js, JSS, AWS Lambda, PhP, JavaScript is a plus. Experience with Jenzabar, Colleague, Banner, WorkDay is a plus. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and IT project management best practices. What makes #
