CFO Position Summary:

Umarex USA is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical ERP Analyst to join our team. This full-time, on-site role is responsible for supporting and enhancing our ERP system (TGI E21) while delivering actionable business intelligence across key areas such as Finance, Inventory, Procurement, and Manufacturing. The ideal candidate will troubleshoot ERP issues, analyze and optimize business processes, and develop reports and dashboards that support data-driven decision- making.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide daily support and troubleshooting across ERP modules (Finance, Inventory, Procurement, Manufacturing). Analyze business processes to recommend and implement system improvements for operational efficiency. Maintain and enhance data integrity and quality across ERP systems and related data sources. Design and develop SQL Server queries, views, and composers to support analytics and reporting needs. Build and maintain reports and dashboards using Power BI, Crystal Reports, or ERP-native tools. Document ERP issues, solutions, and system changes for internal knowledge sharing. Collaborate with users across departments to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Support ERP upgrades, patches, implementations, testing, and end-user training. Manage BI content permissions, security, and user access; serve as Site Administrator. Deliver training sessions (individual and group) on BI tools and dashboards. Monitor ERP system performance and work with IT to ensure optimal functionality. Design and present operational KPIs, usage metrics, and adoption dashboards. Perform ad hoc data imports/exports and assist with data cleansing tasks.

Required Qualifications:

2+ years of experience with ERP systems (e.g., TGI E21, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics). Solid understanding of business functions such as Finance, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing. Proficiency in SQL Server (queries, views, optimization) and BI/reporting tools (Power BI, Crystal Reports). Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration. Proactive and detail-oriented mindset focused on continuous improvement.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with the

TGI E21 ERP

system. Familiarity with composer tools and ETL/data integration platforms. Experience with Business Performance Warehouse or similar platforms. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
