Oracle Fusion Administrator Pallet Logistics of America Fort Smith, AR 72901

  • Hybrid work The Oracle Fusion Administrator ensures the effective operation, maintenance, and optimization of the Oracle Fusion Applications suite to support business functions.

This role involves full life-cycle activities, including system configuration, integration management, troubleshooting, end-user support and performance optimization. The Oracle Fusion Administrator ensures seamless functionality across modules and drives improvements in system efficiency and user experience.

Essential Functions Statement(s) Administer and configure Oracle Fusion Applications, such as ERP, EPM, OTM and SCM modules, to meet business needs. Manage user roles, security configurations, and workflows to ensure compliance and operational integrity. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document system requirements for enhancements and new implementations. Develop and maintain reports using Oracle reporting tools such as OTBI and FRS. Support data migration, validation, and reconciliation efforts to ensure data integrity and consistency. Create and maintain detailed system documentation, including configurations, workflows, and change logs. Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders to ensure effective utilization of Oracle Fusion functionalities. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance system efficiency and user satisfaction. Stay updated on Oracle Fusion advancements and recommend new features or technologies to support business goals. Interface with third-party partners to help manage and support the Oracle environment

SKILLS & ABILITIES

Education Bachelor’s Degree (4-year college or technical school): Preferred.

Field of Study:

Information Systems, Computer Science, or related degree. Experience Data Analyst experience Other Requirements Proven expertise in Oracle Fusion Applications, such as ERP, EPM, OTM and SCM modules. Familiarity with full life-cycle development processes Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion architecture, security, and integration capabilities preferred. Experience with Oracle integrations and related integration frameworks a plus. Proficiency in Oracle reporting tools such as PowerBi, OTBI, and FRS. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to address technical issues effectively. Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with diverse stakeholders. Knowledge of scripting languages and automation tools is a plus.
