  • Oracle Retail Predictive ApplicationServer (RPAS) / Advanced Inventory Planning (AIP) Work Location-Hartford, CT/Indianapolis, IN/Phoenix, AZ/Raleigh, NC/Richardson,TX FTE Only Job Description We are seeking an Oracle RetailPredictive Application Server (Oracle RPAS) / Advanced InventoryPlanning (Oracle AIP) Lead Consultant with implementation andapplication support experience.

The position’s primaryresponsibility will be development, configuration and deployment ofthe overall solution. This position will be responsible for projectprocesses, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development,client training and internal capability-building and help detailthe project scope.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree orforeign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Willalso consider three years of progressive experience in thespecialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • At least 7 years ofexperience with Information Technology.
  • Candidate should bewilling to relocate or must be willing to commute to any one of thementioned location
  • Richardson, TX / Raleigh NC / Indianapolis, IN/ Phoenix, AZ / Harford, CT. This position may require travel.
  • 6years of relevant experience in Oracle
  • RPAS and/or AIP. (Primary
  • Strong understanding of MFP, IP, RDF, RO, Supply and DemandPlanning (Secondary)
  • Experience in Retail Planning andForecasting and Supply chain Management.
  • Identifying andaddressing client needs, building solid relationships with clientscommunicating with the client in an organized and knowledgeablemanner.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with implementationand support of Oracle
  • RPAS and/or AIP.
  • Detail and processoriented performer and go-getter.
  • Effectively identifies thepotential risks and issues even before they could occur, andcommunicates the same, follows them up with various stake holdersto get the closure on them.
  • Ability to communicate complextechnology solutions to diverse teams namely, technical, businessand management teams.
  • Exhibits excellent leadership traits to setthe standards and lead by example, mentors, inspires, and nurturesthe teams (offshore, and onsite) to effectively build great teams,and knows when to delegate.
  • Must have an eye for detail to do thetechnical reviews of various deliverables.
  • Experience managingteam size of 5 would be a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills.
