We are seeking a detail-oriented IT Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to identify business needs, analyze processes, and recommend technology solutions to improve operational efficiency. A strong background in manufacturing execution systems (MES) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) is essential for this role. Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
Analyze current processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
Develop functional specifications and system design documentation.
Facilitate workshops and meetings to communicate analysis findings and proposed solutions.
Support the implementation of technology solutions related to MES and ERP systems.
Perform user acceptance testing and assist in training end-users on new systems and processes.
Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in an IT environment.
Strong understanding of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with process mapping and workflow analysis.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
