Lead Analyst, ERP Implementation Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Lead Analyst to join our global ERP implementation team. In this contractor role, you will support critical testing, data, training, and go-live activities to successfully implement SAP S/4 at two of our leading divisions. You will work closely with our forecast-to-plan and procure-to-play teams to ensure a smooth and successful implementation of SAP S/4 in May 2026. Responsibilities Partner with business leads, IT solution architects, and deployment group resources to implement newly designed procurement processes within the Accelerate S/4 SAP ecosystem. Support the achievement of program goals, objectives, and deliverables through testing, training, data conversion, system cutover, and hypercare activities. Manage and coordinate end-to-end testing activities, including defect/bug management across all cycles. Open, track, and execute bug/defect management across all testing cycles. Support data readiness efforts, including data validation, migration tracking, and issue escalation. Assist in the development and execution of end-user training content and sessions. Monitor and report on readiness checklists, proactively flagging gaps and delays. Track and manage risks, issues, and action items to enable successful go-live and post-go-live stabilization. Document key decisions, lessons learned, and post-go-live stabilization activities. Essential Skills SAP ERP implementation expertise. Proficiency in system analysis and project coordination. Experience with SAP S/4 procurement modules. Process improvement and data analysis capabilities. Familiarity with ADO, Smartsheet, UAT testing, and SIT. 3+ years of experience supporting business systems implementations, global programs, or major change initiatives. Additional Skills & Qualifications Strong project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines simultaneously. Experience with testing coordination (UAT/SIT), data migration activities, and/or end-user training is highly preferred. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively across technical and non-technical stakeholders. Work Environment The role offers a remote work arrangement from 8-5 PM EST, with travel required 10% of the time for trainings, workshops, and project meetings. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $34.00 – $44.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
