We are seeking an experienced Oracle Consultant to lead the implementation, optimization, and support of Oracle ERP solutions. This role requires deep expertise in Oracle Cloud Applications (Fusion) or Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), with a focus on aligning technology with business objectives. The ideal candidate will partner with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver transformative ERP, HCM, or SCM solutions tailored to client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Lead or support end-to-end Oracle implementations, upgrades, and post-go-live support + Configure and implement Oracle modules such as: + Oracle Cloud ERP (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management) + Oracle Cloud SCM (Inventory, Procurement, Order Management, Product Hub) + Oracle Cloud HCM (Core HR, Talent Management, Payroll, Benefits) + Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) for Financials, Projects, or SCM + Analyze business processes, identify gaps, and deliver scalable Oracle solutions + Design and document functional requirements and work closely with development teams (PL/SQL, BI Publisher, Oracle Integration Cloud) + Create and execute test plans, support data migration, and lead user acceptance testing + Deliver training, user documentation, and go-live support + Provide ongoing support and enhancements based on Oracle quarterly releases + Ensure solutions follow Oracle best practices and comply with internal controls and security

Requirements Qualifications & Requirements:

+ 3-7+ years of experience in Oracle ERP consulting (Cloud or EBS) + Hands-on experience with at least one major Oracle functional area (ERP, HCM, SCM, or Projects) + Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion Applications architecture and implementation methodology + Experience in writing functional specs and partnering with Oracle developers for extensions and reports + Familiarity with Oracle tools like BI Publisher, OTBI, FBDI/ADFdi, and OIC + Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills + Oracle certifications in

ERP/HCM/SCM
