BI Analyst Position Available In Duval, Florida

Description We are seeking a detail-oriented BI Analyst with proven Power BI expertise to join our growing analytics team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about turning data into insights and visuals that influence strategic decisions. You’ll work closely with business stakeholders to design dashboards, generate reports, and build data models that uncover trends and drive performance across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards, reports, and data visualizations + Partner with business units to understand reporting needs and translate them into actionable solutions + Create and manage data models, KPIs, and DAX calculations within Power BI + Analyze trends, interpret data, and deliver insights to support decision-making + Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all BI deliverables + Document data definitions, report requirements, and dashboard structures

Requirements Requirements:

+ 2+ years of experience in a Business Intelligence or Data Analyst role + Proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling + Strong analytical thinking with the ability to tell a story through data + Solid understanding of relational databases and basic SQL querying + Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Nice-to-Have:
