Job Description
Description We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Business Analyst with a strong background in CPQ, Manufacturing/Procurement, Cost Management, and Finance modules. This role will play a key part in analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and delivering Oracle Fusion-based solutions that align with organizational goals. You’ll work closely with stakeholders, technical teams, and end users to support and enhance enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Serve as a subject matter expert in Oracle Fusion applications, with a focus on CPQ, Manufacturing, Procurement, Cost Management, and Finance modules + Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document functional and technical requirements + Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement and automation within the Oracle Fusion ecosystem + Configure, test, and implement changes in Oracle Fusion modules based on business needs + Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure solution alignment + Support UAT testing, training, and deployment of enhancements and new functionality + Assist in troubleshooting issues and providing functional support post-implementation
Requirements Required Qualifications:
+ 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with direct experience in Oracle Fusion + Strong expertise in Oracle CPQ and its integration within the Oracle Fusion platform + In-depth knowledge of Manufacturing, Procurement, Cost Management, and Financial modules + Proven ability to gather and translate business requirements into system solutions + Experience supporting ERP implementations, enhancements, and upgrades + Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills + Strong documentation skills and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
